Sailing Shack features the yachting photography of Leisa Hartnett. Leisa has been shooting sailing pics since the early 90′s especially in Melbourne Australia however her work extended overseas and she has been published in Classic Boat, Australian Sailing & Yachting Australia many times. If you sailed in Melbourne in IOR, dinghy and international regatta’s or Couta’s Leisa may well have a pic of you. We will be compiling a list of regatta’s soon so stay tuned. Optimist Pics
Yes it was designed in 1942 yet this class continues to develop and evolve. It may not be pretty but you can’t argue with the success of the Optimist class globally and the number of Olympic sailors who are ex Opti sailors.
